Banana Oat Muffin

Finding a way to eat Healthy wile still being able to enjoy our favorite bites, can be challenging.  Here is a favorite muffin recipe of ours to help those cravings in a healthy way.

2.5 cups of raw oats

1 cup plain Greek Yogurt

2 eggs

1/2 cup raw honey

2 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp. Flaxseed

1 tsp Vanilla

2 ripe bananas

 

Mix and bake @ 350 for 18-20 minutes.
